电力系统储能应用场景研究综述

Survey of application scenarios of energy storage in power system

  • 摘要: 可再生能源利用和智能电网是电力系统发展的终极目标,而储能技术是实现目标的必要保障和手段。首先,分别对电磁储能、机械储能和化学储能三种储能技术进行了介绍,对比了相应的技术参数,分析了各自特点和适应场合;然后,从电源侧、电网侧和用户侧分析了储能的典型应用场景,阐述了储能在电力系统移峰填谷、可再生能源平滑并网、电力调频、可再生能源消纳及改善电能质量等方面的技术性能要求;最后,从技术体系、匹配方法和全寿命周期评估等方面进行了展望。

     

    Abstract: Renewable energy utilization and smart grid is the ultimate goal of power system development, and energy storage technology is the necessary guarantee to achieve the goal. Firstly, according to the existing energy storage technologies, electromagnetic energy storage, mechanical energy storage and chemical energy storage are introduced respectively, and the corresponding technical parameters are compared, and their respective characteristics and application occasions are analyzed; then, from the power supply side, grid side and user side, the typical application scenarios of energy storage are analyzed, and the technical performance requirements of energy storages are elaborated in terms of the peak load shifting and valley filling of power system, smooth grid connection of renewable energy, power frequency regulation, renewable energy consumption and improvement of power quality are expounded. Finally, the prospect of technology system, matching method and life cycle assessment is presented.
