氢对裂纹尖端塑性变形及裂纹扩展影响的TEM观察

IN-SITU TEM STUDY ON THE EFFECT OF HYDROGEN ON THE DEFORMATION CRACK TIP AND CRACK PROPAGATION

  • 摘要: 利用透射电镜原位动态拉伸方法观察、分析氢对裂纹尖端塑性变形及裂纹扩展过程的影响。结果表明,氢促进裂纹尖端的局部塑性变形,改变裂纹扩展方式,并使裂纹以“Z”字型途径扩展。

     

    Abstract: The influence of hydrogen on the deformation ahead of crack tip and crack propagation were in-situ observed and analyzed under TEM during dynamic tensile deformation of engineering structure steel. The results show that hydrogen can promote the local plastic deformation ahead crack tip, and change the mode of crack propagation and crack will propagate as zigzag path.
