Real-time compensation method for time-varying given speed of marine winch electric drive

  • Aiming at the problem that it is difficult to accurately obtain the time-varying given speed of its electric drive system in the active heave compensation control of marine winch, a real-time compensation method of timevarying given speed is proposed. This paper expounds the basic principle of real-time compensation of the timevarying given speed, studies the specific design method of real-time compensation for the time-varying given speed,and takes the electric drive system of marine winch driven by switched reluctance motor as an example to verify the effect of the above compensation method. The results show that this method effectively overcomes the error caused by signal acquisition, the influence of data processing delay and other factors on accurately obtaining the timevarying given speed of the electric drive system of the marine winch of active heave compensation, which lays a foundation for the high-precision compensation control of the active heave compensation of the marine winch.
