Research on low-voltage distribution line isolation switch based on state perception

  • The traditional inspection and maintenance methods are inefficient on railway low-voltage distribution lines and cannot monitor the operating status of transformers in real-time. To address this issue, this study proposes a method for remotely controlling low-voltage distribution line isolation switches. Firstly, the application of electric fixed traction devices in the Xinshuo Railway system was introduced, and remote control technology was introduced to improve operational mobility. Secondly, the electrified train station is divided into power zones and the isolation switches for control are determined based on the schematic diagram. Then, first determine the state perception method of the equipment, and then design a remote control system for the isolation switch. Finally,control the isolation switch based on the designed interface relay panel, use PLC to design the secondary circuit, and complete experimental verification. The results indicate that the isolation switch remote control system designed in this article will improve the efficiency and safety of railway traffic control. In addition, the method proposed in this article significantly improves the management of railway low-voltage distribution lines, improving the reliability,safety, and operational efficiency of isolation switches by sensing their state.
