Policy and status analysis of centralized shared energy storage

With the massive access of renewable energy, distributed energy storage technology is widely used as a means to improve power quality, promote renewable energy consumption, and reduce customer electricity prices.The aggregation management of distributed energy storage can effectively solve the problems of large amount of distributed energy storage and scattered resources. Firstly, this paper discusses the research background and significance of distributed energy storage and analyzes the application scenarios of distributed energy storage;then, it compares the research status of distributed energy storage aggregation management and analyzes the aggregation technology of distributed energy storage; secondly, it discusses the application of distributed energy storage in smoothing power, power prediction and joint AGC frequency regulation; finally, it gives an outlook on the development of distributed energy storage.
