Abstract
With the continuous increase of the scale of new energy connected to the power grid, the flexibility of the power grid is faced with new challenges. At the same time, in the eastern coastal provinces of China, a high proportion of external power supply squeezes the power supply adjustment space and threatens the safe operation of the power grid, which has become an urgent problem to be solved. question. For this reason, this paper takes the high-ratio new energy power system with high power receiving ratio as the research object, analyzes the inertia and frequency regulation support requirements of the high-ratio new energy power system, and proposes an energy storage configuration plan for the system inertia and frequency regulation capability requirements. Model. Firstly,the inertia and frequency regulation requirements of the system are analyzed, and then the operation model of energy storage participating in frequency response is established. Based on this, an energy storage configuration model considering grid inertia and frequency regulation requirements is proposed. Finally, the validity of the configuration model is verified by simulation on the background of a high-penetration renewable energy power system with a high external power ratio.
