Research on electric vehicle charging station planning based on multi-objective optimization

  • A multi-objective programming model for electric vehicle charging stations is established and the model takes the service capacity of the charging network, the social comprehensive cost of the charging station, and the loss of the power distribution system as the objective function. Influencing factors such as distribution system power flow constraints, branch power constraint, voltage offset, charging station capacity and planned number are selected as constraints. The grade number and congestion degree are introduced to improve the differential evolution algorithm’s convergence and calculation speed in the process of solving the multi-objective optimization model.Finally, an 8-node transportation network and an IEEE 27-node power distribution system are taken as examples to verify the effectiveness of the model and algorithm.
