Abstract
The existing control system of main transformer oil drainage nitrogen injection fire extinguishing device is a large number of electromagnetic relay combinations to achieve logical judgment and export action function. Due to the large number of electromagnetic relay manufacturers, the difficulty of quality control management and the weak anti-interference ability, there have been many misoperation events caused by relay faults, resulting in transformer fault tripping. Therefore, how to improve the reliability of the main transformer oil injection nitrogen extinguishing control device is an important part to ensure the safe operation of the power grid. In this paper, an intelligent nitrogen injection fire extinguishing control system for oil-immersed transformers is designed. With the support of mature microelectronic technology and the reference of microcomputer-based transformer non-electric protection device, combined with the typical secondary logic of the current nitrogen injection fire extinguishing device, a set of microcomputer-based main transformer nitrogen injection fire extinguishing device with reliable performance and high automation level is developed, which realizes the overall replacement of the traditional control device.
