Design and application of new protective pressure plate using non-identical working status detection technology

  • The construction of smart substations requires key upgrades or replacements of secondary equipment in the substation. Among them, the protective hard plate is one of the key secondary equipment of the substation.Whether its input and withdrawal actions are in place is of great significan ce to the safe operation of the substation.In order to solve the problems of traditional protective hard plate operation, which consumes a lot of manpower,mechanical breakpoints are easy to open and close, and to meet the development needs of today’s unattended working mode, a new protective hard plate using non-identical principle working status detection technology was designed. The detection process uses working voltage and action to perform dual detection, and uses the ‘AND’operation method. The voltage detection link is based on the sampling frequency adaptive update and extraction mutation calculation method to ensure the accuracy of the detection results of the pressure plate working status.Engineering applications demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed automatic protection pressure plate and its detection method.
