The research of SOC for hybrid all-terrain vehicle power battery

  • In order to solve the problem that the SOC accuracy of the power battery for hybrid all-terrain vehicles power battery is difficult to control, different SOC algorithms were analyzed, ampere-hour integral method plus open-circuit voltage method and the Extend Kalman filter algorithm are selected for simulation test, errors are injected into the initial SOC and the real-time measurement current value respectively. The test results show that the SOC algorithm based on extended Kalman filter is more robust and can effectively eliminate the error caused by the initial SOC value and current measurement accuracy. Under the dynamic conditions of the test, The SOC error is less than 2%, which satisfies the practical application requirements of hybrid all-terrain vehicles.
