Research on the coil shape of dynamic wireless power transfer system

Abstract
The wireless power transfer system uses the coupling coil as the medium to transmit the energy. It is important to choose the coil shape reasonably for the dynamic application scenario to improve the effciency of the system. Firstly, the expression of effciency under LCC/S topology is derived, then the rectangular and double D-shaped coupling coil models are established by ANSYS, and the mutual inductance curves of the secondary coil in the process of horizontal movement, vertical offset and lateral offset are obtained by simulation. Then, the advantages and disadvantages of the two types of coil are analyzed, so that the double D-shaped coil should be selected in the dynamic wireless power system. The correctness of the simulation results is verifed by experiments.
